What exactly is Nuvareq?

Nuvareq is an AI Call Assistant sold as a voice agent with a plan minute cap from 0 to 1,000. The base plan includes the first 100 minutes. You can add an SMS add-on if you want text messaging and follow-up for callers.

Do I need to replace my existing phone number?

No. In most cases, you can keep your current business number. We will review the best setup path with you before launch.

Is there a setup fee?

No separate setup fee is added at checkout on the self-serve pricing path. Each voice agent is configured personally before launch, and normal plan changes afterward do not require another setup fee.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses can be configured within a week once the core business details and caller next steps are confirmed.

What happens when Nuvareq cannot answer something?

Nuvareq checks the business details already configured first. If the answer is not there, it asks a short clarifying question or gives the closest verified next step instead of dead-ending.

Can I update the information Nuvareq uses?

Yes. Your business details can be updated as your services, prices, hours, or policies change.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Nuvareq plans are designed to be month-to-month with no long-term contract required.
