Do I need to replace my existing phone number?
No. In most cases, you can keep your current business number. We will review the best setup path with you before launch.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. A one-time setup fee applies by plan because each agent is configured personally before launch. Normal plan upgrades do not require a second setup fee.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses can be configured within a week once the core business details and caller next steps are confirmed.
What happens when Voxen cannot answer something?
Voxen is set up to stay within the caller paths confirmed before launch. If a request is outside that scope, we can adjust the setup as your business needs become clearer.
Can I update the information Voxen uses?
Yes. Your business details can be updated as your services, prices, hours, or policies change.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Voxen plans are designed to be month-to-month with no long-term contract required.
