Setup and upgrades
Regular upgrades do not require a second setup fee. If you move from Starter to Growth or Professional, your monthly plan and included minutes change on the next billing cycle.
If you need a materially new agent, second business, new location, or separate caller experience, we will quote that setup separately before doing the work.
