PAYG has no trial, recurring base fee, onboarding fee, inbound AI calling, managed telephone number, production voice activation, or SMS follow-up. Core, Growth, and Scale include a 7-day trial with 50 total minutes. Their separate initial One-Time Onboarding & Implementation fees are $199, $299, and $499. SMS follow-up is optional and available only after required business registration, compliance review, carrier approval, and sender activation. After activation, Core includes 500, Growth 1,500, and Scale 3,000 SMS segments per monthly usage cycle, including on annual subscriptions. Longer text messages may contain multiple SMS segments.
A one-time $149 Nuvareq SMS Registration & Activation fee applies only when an eligible customer requests SMS setup; it is not included automatically in initial plan Checkout. Third-party carrier registration charges may apply separately and will be disclosed before submission. Payment does not guarantee carrier approval or activate SMS.
Applicable taxes may be added based on billing location and tax status. Tax-exempt organizations must provide valid exemption documentation for review; exemption is not automatic.
