When Starter becomes the better value: at approximately 340 minutes per month, Starter costs about the same as PAYG while including 500 minutes, SMS follow-up, appointment-request capture, and advanced routing.

PAYG has no trial or recurring base fee and bills all call usage at $0.59 per minute. Starter, Growth, and Scale include a 7-day trial with 50 total minutes; SMS, appointment booking, advanced routing, and premium integrations remain disabled during trial. A payment method is required and the selected monthly or annual subscription starts automatically unless canceled before the trial ends. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year, but included minutes reset every month and never roll over. No onboarding fee is currently charged. Taxes, carrier fees, and separately scoped work may apply only where disclosed before billing.
